Jack and Vicky met 5 years ago when Vicky joined a comedy course Jack was running. Bonding over comedy Vicky joined Jack in creating comedy nights in the West Yorkshire area. This is when they realised how enjoyable it was because of how well they worked together. So much so that they wanted to work together not just on the comedy passion project.
What was going to be their new passion project? This is how The Problem Solved People evolved. Utilising each other’s skills and passion into one fabulous company.
Between Jack and Vicky, they have over 40 years of experience in recruitment, sales, service, and support. They understand how important it is to business to have great people and this is where their passion lies.
Taking a no-nonsense approach they help businesses and candidates find the right fit in their next role. With each placement, Jack and Vicky are also looking for how businesses can add extra Social Value with each hire but with no additional costs.
